Group Bookings
We offer all of our programs, as well as the option to customize programs, to groups from colleges, universities and professional organizations.

How We Support Groups
- We will provide a Letter of Acceptance which your group can use to apply for necessary visas, and we will consult with you about any travel issues that may arise.
- Before departure, your group will receive a complete orientation package to prepare for visiting Vancouver and studying at ELI.
- An ELI representative will meet your group at the Vancouver International Airport (YVR) and arrange for transportation to the UBC campus.
- After your program is completed, we provide detailed reports on the performance of participants. In addition, we encourage ongoing discussion and feedback on aspects of the program that could be adjusted to improve the student experience. This helps institutions gauge the success of the program and prepare for future group enrolments.

Residence (Campus Stay)
We offer Residence (campus stay) and Homestay for students.
Residence (campus stay) is available in UBC campus residences (dormitories) from May-August.

Homestay
Homestay offers participants the opportunity to live with a Canadian family and learn more about Canadians. Students may choose Homestay for their entire stay or they can choose to stay for just a short time.
Homestay is available year-round.
