Payment Processing Notice: August 17–19, 2026
As part of our application system transition, ELI will be conducting system maintenance from August 17 to 19, 2026. During this period, you can continue to browse our website and submit applications. However, we will not be able to process payments for programs starting in 2026. Payment processing will resume after the maintenance period.
